Building on Part 1, this session focuses on actionable strategies to combat imposter syndrome and develop a confident academic mindset. Students will explore practical techniques for overcoming self-doubt, reframing negative thoughts, and fostering self-efficacy. Through guided exercises and discussion, participants will create a personalized plan to navigate challenges and build resilience in research, coursework, and professional settings.
