Health and Well-Being and Human Resources Management are excited to partner in offering the DH campus community a unique opportunity to experience sound healing meditation. This event will explore how sound can support relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Participants will be lying on the floor during the session, so we recommend dressing comfortably. Join us for Denim Day, this is an awareness event to stand in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault and challenge harmful myths and victim-blaming culture. This tabling event creates an informative space for students to learn about the history of Denim Day, reflect on issues surrounding consent and justice, and make visible their support for survivors. Participants are encouraged to wear denim as a symbol of protest against destructive misconceptions about sexual violence, and to engage with educational materials, activities, and conversations at the table.
