Along with sexual assault awareness month in April and in preparation for finals, the purpose of this Self-Care event is to promote integration of wellness, grounding and self-care. This event will encourage the DH community to consider various tools that can help them find balance and relieve stress as students, staff, and faculty. The event will consist of several tables that allow participants to engage in self-care activities, including arts and crafts, bouquet-making, music, food, and opportunity for prizes.
