Students will explore practical techniques for overcoming self-doubt, reframing negative thoughts, and fostering self-efficacy. Through guided exercises and discussion, participants will create a personalized plan to navigate challenges and build resilience in research, coursework, and professional settings. Toros take back the night! In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, join us for the Take Back the Night speak out and march to support survivors and take a stand against sexual violence.  6:30 PM – Survivor Speak Out*  7:30 PM – Campus March Against Sexual Violence 8:00 PM – Craftivism & Resource Fair   *CSUDH students, faculty, staff, and alumni who have experienced sexual violence or abuse are invited to share their story at the speak out forum.
