The Special Education programs are designed to meet the needs of college graduates who wish to pursue careers in Special Education by earning a preliminary credential, clear credential, or a master's in special education. We offer various pathways to become a special education teacher! Special Education programs offered include: · Credentials in Early Childhood, Mild/Moderate Support Needs, and Extensive Support Needs· Advanced Degrees/Credentials, such as M.A. in Special Education and Teacher Induction/Clear Credential· Added Authorization in Early Childhood   Special Education will be hosting virtual information sessions via Zoom for those who are interested in learning about the different pathways to become a Special Education teacher! Are you interested in taking the next step in your journey as an educational leader?   The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership for Justice (ELJ) degree at CSUDH is designed to prepare educators to lead across all executive levels in education and equip leaders to improve the quality of P-16 education.   The ELJ program offers info sessions to help potential candidates to better understand the program and to ask questions, so that they can make informed decisions about joining the program.   Anyone interested in the ELJ program is highly recommended to attend one of the virtual info sessions.
