Health and Well-Being and Human Resources Management are excited to partner in offering the DH campus community a unique opportunity to experience sound healing meditation. This event will explore how sound can support relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Participants will be lying on the floor during the session, so we recommend dressing comfortably. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket if you have one—extra mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. �� This event is open to students, faculty, and staff.🌟 Space is limited to 15 participants—registration will be first come, first served.🥗 Lunch will be provided following the session.
