Join us for a hands-on and heart-filled Rotaract meeting focused on mental health awareness and self-care! Together, we’ll assemble thoughtful Mental Health Kits to share with ourselves and our community. The kits are designed to uplift, comfort, and empower others during stressful times. At this meeting, we’ll:Get creative making DIY stress ballsAdd soothing herbal teas and notes of encouragementLearn and share breathing techniquesSpend time journaling for reflection and mindfulnessInclude mental health resources to support ongoing wellnessThis event is all about connection, compassion, and service; the heart of Rotaract. By promoting wellness and breaking the stigma around mental health, we’re strengthening not only our community, but also ourselves.
