    Michelle Neumann, MSW, ACSW
    Associate Clinical Social Worker, Educator & Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor
     
    Michelle Neumann (she/they) is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) working toward licensure. She currently serves as a Training Coordinator for the California Training Institute (CalTrin) at Rady Children’s Hospital, where she designs and facilitates engaging, evidence-based training for professionals supporting children and families across California. Her work bridges trauma-informed care, prevention, and community healing.
     
    A queer-identifying former foster child and lifelong advocate, Michelle has more than nine years of experience in youth and young adult development, higher education, and community-based mental health. She has supported community college students as a College Navigator, helping them strengthen academic success, personal growth, and self-care skills. Michelle has also provided direct clinical and programmatic support within prevention and early intervention programs at CASA of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, centering healing and equity.
     
    Michelle is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor who integrates mindfulness and nervous system regulation into her workshops. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

    Dr. Nick Monzon, SEP, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Integrative Trauma Collective (ITC), a somatically grounded, culturally responsive practice serving clients across California. Over the course of his career, Dr. Monzon has supported adults, couples, and families navigating complex and developmental trauma, sexual trauma, grief and loss, burnout, identity transitions, and relational patterns rooted in early attachment. A first-generation Asian American and long-time ally to the queer community, he brings a deeply trauma-informed, intersectional lens to healing—integrating Somatic Experiencing®, psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and parts-informed work to help clients gently renegotiate survival patterns and reclaim capacity for connection, choice, and joy.
     
    At Integrative Trauma Collective, Dr. Monzon leads a multi-branch model that includes Traditional Therapy; Coaching & Wellness; Groups & Retreats; and Workshops & Corporate Consultation. The team offers accessible, high-quality care with an emphasis on nervous-system education, experiential healing, and community. Under his leadership, ITC has developed offerings such as The Exhale community evenings and targeted healing circles, alongside longer-form experiential retreats that blend movement, ritual, nature-based practices, and relational processing.
     
    In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Monzon designs and delivers practical, engaging nervous-system workshops and presentations for schools, parent communities, nonprofits, and companies. Recent topics include parent burnout prevention, somatic tools for regulation in children and adults, boundary-setting and healthy aggression during stressful family seasons, and leadership resilience for high-pressure workplaces. His facilitation style is warm and grounded—pairing clear science with simple, usable practices that audiences can implement right away.
     
    Across settings—private practice, community partnerships, and organizational trainings—Dr. Monzon’s approach remains consistent: safety first, pace with the body, and honor culture and context. Clients and audiences describe him as steady, compassionate, and disarmingly practical. Whether he is helping a survivor reweave trust in their body, coaching parents through everyday dysregulation, or equipping teams to reduce burnout, his aim is the same: to expand nervous-system flexibility so people can meet life with more presence, choice, and connection.
